1. What StinPiatsa is
StinPiatsa is a matching and partnership organization platform for taxi professionals: drivers, owners, operators and taxi offices.
The platform is not a public or government registry and does not replace competent public authorities.
2. Use of the platform
Users agree to provide true, accurate and up-to-date information. False details, misleading needs or third-party information used without permission are prohibited.
3. User roles
- Driver: a user looking for a shift, taxi, licence or partnership.
- Owner: a user offering or managing a licence, vehicle or partnership.
- Operator: a user managing an existing collaboration and looking for a driver or additional shift.
- Taxi office: a professional account with multiple needs or partnerships.
4. Verification and responsibility
When enabled, verification means that basic checks were performed using information provided by the user. It is not a guarantee of solvency, legality of every future action or financial behavior.
Until a user has completed verification, they will not have access to amounts, photos, plate numbers, names or full listing and collaboration request details.
Each user remains responsible for their own legal, tax and professional checks before entering any agreement.
5. Partnerships and agreements
stinpiatsa.gr facilitates contact and organization of basic terms. It is not a party to the agreement between driver, owner, operator or office.
6. Reviews
When reviews are enabled, users will be able to review partners only for real collaborations or contacts made through the platform. False, abusive or misleading reviews may be removed.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Online payments are not active in the current first phase. When paid services are enabled, pricing will be shown clearly before payment.
8. Prohibited uses
- False or misleading information.
- Use of another person's data without permission.
- Harassment, threats, spam or mass messaging.
- Bypassing verification or payment procedures.
- Using the platform for unlawful or undeclared agreements.
9. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided in a pre-launch phase for interest collection and preparation of matching. We do not guarantee that a partner will be found or that every collaboration will be completed.
